During your consultation, we will perform an in-depth assessment, establish goals, and design your custom plan including exercise and lifestyle to get you moving towards your goals. - Assess and Develop
You’ll begin with 1-on-1 sessions with a fitness professional and/or dietitian to implement your custom plan. These sessions will help you gain the competence and confidence needed to achieve your goals - Ascend
Once you’ve developed the confidence and competence to achieve your goals it’s time to for you to demonstrate independence. Here our clients enter a small group session that remains fully custom. During this phase, we guide you to the top of your mountain!
Our nutrition education and coaching are led by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. We will teach you how to develop a healthy relationship with food and you will learn skills that include: overcoming barriers to change, meal planning, intuitive eating, sports & performance nutrition, and more.
Group training doesn’t address individual needs. Working with a Professional Coach 1on1 is unparalleled to any other fitness experience. Every person is unique when it comes to their health and wellness and you deserve a plan that addresses factors that could include joint issues, medical conditions, exercise preferences and more.
We understand working out on your own isn’t always easy and that’s why we have two options. We’ll write you a custom prescriptive program for you do to on your own or you can work with a coach live 1on1 from the comfort of your own home!
