The purpose of this call is to determine whether we are a good fit to help you by asking questions and answering yours.
If we are the perfect fit to help (with nutrition and/or fitness), we’ll book a consultation. If not, we will make a referral to another trusted professional.
We will conduct an in-depth assessment, establish goals, and begin designing your custom plan based on what we learn from the assessment results.
By the end of your consultation, you will know exactly what your journey looks like, including frequency and duration of each phase, and how we will help you.
You’ll begin with 1-on-1 counseling with a dietitian & fitness professional to implement your custom plan.
These sessions will help you gain the competence and confidence needed to achieve the goals we agree upon and build together.
