2025 - This was the biggest win of the year spendi 2025 - This was the biggest win of the year spending time with family and “studying” the Mediterranean diet/lifestyle.  Grateful for another year of wins, challenges, and lessons learned.  These are the 3 questions I end every year with and I challenge you to answer them too and share with someone:  Here’s one quick bullet each of mine:  1. What went well this year?
