Fry without Fear - Classic Chicken Cutlets don’t Fry without Fear - Classic Chicken Cutlets don’t have to be greasy, soggy, and unevenly browned. 

Ditched the multistep breading process skipping the flour and used a drier, crunchier panko lightly. crushed. 

Limit the oil in the pan to 1/2 Cup - Used Vegetable due to its favorable smoking point, making browning easier & creates a seal on the outside leaving it juicy on the inside. 

Optional home made side sauces : Tonkatsu Sauce & Spicy Peanut Dipping Sauce πŸ₯œ πŸ˜‹ 

Using a wire rack lined w paper towels help dry the cutlets ☁️
